Dan is what many would call a South Shore poster child, destined for a career in real estate. Dan grew up in Green Harbor, where his family’s business specialized in the construction of New England reproduction homes on the south shore and Cape Cod. Never far from the water, Dan spent his childhood summers sailing the waters off the Cape and Islands with his family. At the young age of 13, he took advantage of this knowledge and began teaching sailing. Eventually a three sport scholastic all star, Dan graduated in the top of his class at Marshfield High School in 2002, and continued his education at Boston College. Dan continued sailing, spending his summer months teaching at the Duxbury Bay Maritime school, while filling his limited free time learning the intricacies of the restaurant industry. Ten years later, his love of sailing took him to Martha's Vineyard where he was the Director of Sailing at the Vineyard Haven Yacht Club during the day and continued working in food service at night. Always having higher aspirations, in 2009 Dan applied his restaurant expertise further, opening his own restaurant in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. Dan's honest, innovative, and dedicated approach to business quickly made his restaurant a staple in Adam's Village. Now, after five years of successful operation of The Beach House Cafe, 10 years of teaching and producing high caliber sailors, and 30 years of waterfront living, Dan begins his new career in real estate. Enthusiastically, Dan welcomes the opportunity to bring his extensive business experience and successes to the Waterfront Realty Group. Whether you are a buyer or seller, Dan offers his honesty, professionalism, and undivided attention to produce superior results on your behalf.
